Milica Marković
Director – Project manager
Milica Markovic has a BA in Art and an MBA in Marketing and Finance. She uses her entrepreneurial mindset and artistic sensibility to create and implement projects as the Director and Project Manager of the Foundation. She has worked with international companies in China, Turkey, and Montenegro after dedicating herself to strenghtening family business for investment consultancy.
Citizen of the world and a polyglot, she is a businesswoman who loves to play piano in her spare time. She is always in the mood for deep conversation about the universe.
Sanja Damjanović
Honorary President
Dr. Sanja Damjanović is a scientist-physicist at renowned international research institutes, CERN in Geneva, Switzerland and GSI in Darmstadt, Germany. She received her doctorate from the University of Heidelberg, Germany in the field of high-energy nuclear physics, after which she established a work engagement in the most prestigious institutions in this field in CERN and GSI and was integrated in international teams. She held the position of Minister of Science in the 41st. Government of Montenegro. During her ministerial mandate, she put her international contacts and scientific career into service to accelerate the development of the innovation system in Montenegro. As a result, Montenegro has its spot on the scientific and innovation map of the European Union. From January 2021, Dr. Sanja Damjanović is employed for an indefinite period at GSI.
Her favorite hobby is sailing.
Sanda Ljutica
Financial manager
Sanda Ljutica has extensive experience in accounting. After 12 years of working in different companies, she founded “Si Finans”, an agency specialized in auditing and accounting. She joined our organization to contribute to the success of projects aimed at social activism. She believes in healing power of food and a healthy lifestyle.
Dejana Dizdar
Project manager
Dejana Dizdar has many years of experience in the field of education, youth policy and project management. She is a chemical technology engineer by profession, works as a chemistry teacher. At the same time, she was actively involved in the local community, serving as the president of the Assembly of the Capital City of Cetinje.
She is also a long-time activist in the civil sector, recognized for various initiatives in the community. She is the winner of several awards, including the award for civic contribution to the common good and the national award for the best teachers. She continuously works on projects that promote youth activism, gender equality, social entrepreneurship and sustainable development.
Rosanda Mučalica

Words are her weapon, and ‘word’ for her means everything. Written, spoken, and most of all – given.
Always on a woman’s side of the story, an eye with attention to detail and intuition, consistent with her path of ”yellow bricks” of professionalism, creativity and true enthusiasm.
An unsuspecting psychologist, with an artistic soul and affinity, on a mission to make the world around her more meaningful and better quality.
Maja Bogojević (Ph.D.)

Maja Bogojević (Ph.D.)is founder and editor-in-chief of the first Montenegrin film magazine, Camera Lucida, founder and President of Fipresci national section of Montenegro, member of FEDEORA. She was film theory professor and Dean of two Faculties of Arts at UDG and Mediteran University. She has participated as a selector/jury member at numerous international film festivals, including Cannes, Venice, Havana and Karlovy Vary film festivals. Her book Cinematic Gaze, Gender and Nation in Yugoslav film: 1945-1991 (based on her Ph.D. thesis) was published in 2013.
She believes in the struggle for human rights and freedom of all, because ”how can I be free, if you are not?”.

Mr Petra Ivanović

Mother of boy Tristan and girl Rene. Master’s degree in Political Science in the department of International Relations.
She believes in ideas, in progress, infinite growth and human genius. She is convinced that humanity will strive for greater rights, more education for all, more dialogue and, most of all, for culture.
To the frequent question why the combination of music and politics, she replies: Politics is like music. All my life, all my time, or nothing.
